Palazzo Mazzarino

The restoration of Palazzo Mazzarino focused on the common areas and some individual units, aiming to preserve the building’s historical value while improving its functionality. Key interventions included the conservative restoration of façades and stairwells, structural recovery of the floors, upgrading the electrical and plumbing systems, and the installation of a new elevator to enhance accessibility. The project also extended to the interior areas of the ground floor and upper levels, with the goal of modernizing the palace in line with contemporary standards while maintaining its architectural integrity.
